Complete list of 72 nursing interview questions
This list continues to grow as nurses report back questions that surprised them in their real interviews, so that you won't be caught off gaurd during your interview. This collection has been compiled based on 100s of interviews of real new grad nurses and the actual questions they have been asked during their interviews. You can save hours searching for questions because this is the only list you'll need.
Don't let your interview day be the first time you encounter a certain question. To be thorough, this list even includes the random and obscure questions nurses have come across.
As a bonus, this resource also includes a list of questions you can ask your interviewer at the end of your interview.

These questions helped stimulate my brain into formulation clinical scenarios into interview answers. Helped me think about what they’re asking and what they’re looking for.
Mary put much conscious effort into making this an easily digestible workbook for others to go through. The process was so helpful to prep with the PDF guide a week before meeting with her. Then she asked some different questions that we were able to flesh out and she really helped me hone in on more tactful ways of communicating my experiences in a way that sounds much more professional and polished. Best resource to help anyone feel more confident and prepared for that interview :D
I bought the pdf Journal to help with my interview prep, and it really made a difference. I felt more confident going into my interviews and ended up getting offers for both Community Nursing and an Acute/ER position. I decided to go with the ER role, and I’m glad I had the journal to help me get there.
Thankful to have come across such helpful Youtube videos and this guide. Structured in an easy-to-follow format, it has helped me better prepare for interviews. I highly recommend one-on-one sessions as well! Mary is very welcoming, and understanding, and provided great guidance on how to go into your interview with more confidence.
This pdf comes with a multitude of questions that helped me practice what I could potentially have to answer in interviews. The beginning of the pdf has a short section on answering "tell us about a time" and how to answer clinical scenario questions which was super helpful.
